Similar to the "in situ", except that the inside is made of 'self-supporting trays' sheet, placed horizontally.

Its main advantage lies in the fact that the assembly does not require any auxiliary structure on the facade. In addition, due to the absence cleats, we achieve a clean looking fachade.

The trays are fixed to the pillars with nails, while the outer sheet is fixed on the tray with self-tapping screws with colored nylon head.

The thickness of the sheet that forms the 'tray' ( 0.6mm. up to 1 mm.) depends on the modulation of the pillars (up to 7 m.).

Standard finishesr:

-Galvanized. Zinc coating on both sides of a steel coil-processing specifications SENDZIMIR, according to UNE 36131 - EN 10142, Z-275.Suitable for corrosive environments without design demands.

-Prelaquered. Based on a galvanized steel coil, in the first stage are applied on both faces of a coating based on epoxy resins. Subsequently, on the exposed face applying a lacquer resin coating based on polyester silicone, according to specifications UNE 36150 - EN 10169. Suitable for some corrosive environments and design demands.. .
